TERRITORY MANAGEMENT - STRATEGY AND ACTION PLAN

The purpose of this service is to participate in the restructuring of services, municipalities and regions for an ecology of territories.

EDUCATIONAL GARDENS AND SCHOOL AWARENESS
​
The purpose of this service is to support all structures wishing to develop concrete teaching tools through gardening, food production, recycling, seed production, shared gardens or businesses.  
 

For schools (from kindergarten to university), NGOs, associations, companies and communities
 

• Sensitize the teaching staff to ESD tools (Education for Sustainable Development) and E3D label.

• Support schools in obtaining the E3D label.

• Gradually train the teaching and supervisory staff of the school or establishment with a view to sustainable development.

• Coordinate all internal activities relating to sustainable development ( teaching, various projects including scientific workshops, school outings, pilot garden, sorting unit, etc. ) and encourage the emergence of a common culture between partners which will prove in the operation and achievements attached to the project. 

• Develop pilot gardens.

• Develop PPE ( Interdisciplinary Practical Education ) towards ESD

• Set up adapted educational projects, action plans.

• Develop educational trunks  for everyone.

• Accompany the transition to outdoor and concrete learning tools (garden).

• Raise awareness, mobilize, inform about ecological transition tools.

• Propose action plans to respond to today's ecological, economic and social issues.

• Knowing how to implement all the logistical and human elements to carry out your project in the short, medium and long term.

• Train staff in the issues and challenges of ecological transition.

• Facilitate the emergence of creativity, and put into action concrete transition axes.

• Inform elected officials, association staff and civil society actors about the existing transition levers, their timeframes and the necessary basis for starting a project.

• Planning and implementation stages, quantification of the needs (in logistics and human resources) of your project.

• Dashboard of quantitative and qualitative indicators to measure project performance.

• Monitoring and support of the project (adjustment, rectification, optimization).

The purpose of this service is to meet the basic needs of communities, by supporting creative workshops on the themes of resilience, autonomy and territorial cooperation, and by providing the appropriate ecosystem services.
